Plaza Centers Gets Majority Of Creditors Approval For Debt Restructuring Plan

(RTTNews) - Elbit Imaging Ltd. (EMITF) announced further to the Company's announcements made on March 27, 2014, that its subsidiary, Plaza Centers N.V. (PLAZ.L), has announced that Plaza's amended restructuring plan, filed with the District Court of Amsterdam or Dutch Court on May 27, 2014, has been approved with 92% of creditors voting in favour of the Plan.

Plaza also announced that, in light of the consent of creditors substantially exceeding the required simple majority for approval of the Plan, the Dutch Court has scheduled a hearing to confirm the Plan on July 8, 2014.
