Perion Network Reveals Management Changes - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Perion Network Ltd. (PERI, MAIL) announced the appointment of two executives into new senior leadership roles. Shai Gottesdiener would now be General Manager of Perion's B2B mobile unit and Miki Kolko would currently serve as Perion's CTO.

Gottesdiener joined Perion as Chief Technology Officer in July 2013 with 17 years of experience in the Internet, mobile and enterprise software industries. In his role as Perion's CTO, Gottesdiener led the merger of Perion with ClientConnect on the side of Information Systems and Data.

Gottesdiener, in his new position, would focus on establishing Grow Mobile, a fully managed and self-serve, cross network advertising platform, as the platform of choice for mobile advertisers and agencies and expand its reach on a global basis.
