Penn National Gaming Names Saul Reibstein CFO - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Penn National Gaming, Inc. (PENN), announced the appointment of Saul Reibstein, as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective December 4, 2013. Reibstein, who served as a member of the Board since June 2011 and as Chairman of the Board's Audit Committee, succeeds William Clifford, who assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer of Gaming and Leisure Properties, Inc., or GLPI, following the spin-off of GLPI from Penn on November 1, 2013.

The company said Reibstein will resign from the Board, reducing the size of the Board to six members. John Jacquemin, a current Audit Committee member who previously served as Chairman of the Audit Committee, will succeed Reibstein as the Chairman of the Audit Committee.
