Penn National Gaming Inc Announces 1147% Advance In Q1 Profit

(RTTNews) - Penn National Gaming Inc (PENN) reported a profit for its first quarter that advanced from last year.

The company said its bottom line came in at $23.7 million, or $0.26 per share. This was higher than $1.9 million, or $0.02 per share, in last year's first quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 15.3% to $765.5 million. This was up from $664.1 million last year.
