Pedevco Closes Public Offering - Quick Facts
(RTTNews) - Pedevco Corp. (PED) announced the closing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 3.25 million shares of its common stock.
In connection with the offering, the company has also granted the underwriter a 45-day option to purchase up to 487,500 additional shares of common stock from the company to cover any over-allotments, if any.
The company said it intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to fund drilling operations and for general corporate purposes.
