PBF Energy Inc. Announces Pricing Of Secondary Public Offering

(RTTNews) - PBF Energy Inc. (PBF) announced the pricing of an underwritten secondary offering of 15.0 million shares of its Class A common stock by funds affiliated with First Reserve Management, L.P. and The Blackstone Group at a price to the public of $28.00 per share pursuant to PBF Energy's shelf registration statement previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission or SEC.

The company said Selling Stockholders will receive all of the proceeds from the Offering and the underwriter of the Offering will have an option to purchase up to 2.25 million additional shares.
