Passage Bio Announces Reverse Stock Split 1-For-20, Stock Down In Pre-Market
(RTTNews) - Passage Bio, Inc. (PASG), Thursday announced that its board has approved a reverse stock split of the company's outstanding shares of common stock at a ratio of 1-for-20, effective July 14, 2025.
The reverse stock split is expected to regain compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement of $1.00 per share.
Following the split, the company's outstanding shares will reduce to about 3.12 million shares from approximately 62.4 million shares.
In the pre-market hours, PASG is trading at $0.38, down 13.83 percent on the Nasdaq.
