(RTTNews) - Partner Communications Company Ltd. (PTNR), an Israeli mobile communications operator, announced that the employees' representative committee declared a labor dispute and a strike on December 1, 2014, claiming that the company's management is taking unilateral actions to advance the joint venture with Hot Mobile Ltd., without first holding discussions with the employees' representative committee regarding the possible implications of the joint venture on the employees' employment terms.

The company said the possible result of the declaration, insofar as the parties will not reach an agreed solution within 15 days from the declaration date, is the execution of a strike or sanctions.
