Pandora Media Q3 Earnings Climb 13%

(RTTNews) - Pandora Media (P) released a profit for its third quarter that gained ground compared to the same period last year.

The company said its bottom line came in at $22.85 million, or $0.10 per share. This was higher than $20.27 million, or $0.09 per share, in last year's third quarter.

Analysts had expected the company to earn $0.10 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 30.0% to $311.56 million. This was up from $239.59 million last year.
