Pamela M. Comstock Is Elected to VCB Financial Group's Board of Directors
RICHMOND, Va., July 21, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Randal R. Greene, President and Chief Executive Officer of Bay Banks of Virginia, Inc. (OTCQB: BAYK), holding company of Virginia Commonwealth Bank and VCB Financial Group (formerly Bay Trust Company), announces that Pamela M. Comstock has been elected to VCB Financial Group's Board of Directors.

Comstock, a graduate of Mary Baldwin College and a second generation home builder, is President of Gilbert C. Martin Company located in Colonial Heights, Virginia, having joined the company in 1977. She has been a Board member of the Home Builders Association of Southside Virginia since 1981 and served the Association as its first woman President in 1991. She was inducted into HBA of Southside Virginia's Hall of Fame in 2008. She is also an active member of the Home Builders Association of Virginia and was recently awarded Life Director status.
Comstock also shares our philosophy of giving back to our communities to make them a better place to live and work. In addition to already serving on the Virginia Commonwealth Bank board since 2011, she serves on numerous professional and charitable boards. Comstock is Chairman of the Board of The Cameron Foundation, a health legacy foundation, located in Petersburg, Virginia. The Cameron Foundation serves the cities of Colonial Heights, Hopewell and Petersburg and the counties of Dinwiddie, Prince George, Sussex, as well as, Southern Chesterfield County. Comstock is a Past President of the Colonial Heights Chamber of Commerce. She is a current member of the John Tyler Community College Foundation Board, Swift Creek Mill Theatre Board of Directors, The Colonial Heights Building Trades Foundation Board, CultureWorks Board, and the Colonial Heights Economic Development Authority.
