VANCOUVER, May 27, 2020 /CNW/ - Oronova Energy Inc. ("Oronova" or the "Company") (TSXV: ONV) announces that an aggregate of 1.2 million incentive stock options have been granted to directors, officers and consultants of the Company exercisable at a price of $0.06 per share for a term of 10 years, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
