Orlando Cops Mistake Krispy Kreme Glaze For Meth

(RTTNews) - Daniel Rushing was arrested by Orlando police after they mistook flaky remains of Krispy Kreme doughnut glaze on the floor of his car as crystal meth. Rushing is now planning to sue the city for the arrest.

"It was incredible," he said. "It feels scary when you haven't done anything wrong and get arrested. … It's just a terrible feeling."

Rushing of Orlando was arrested on December 11 at Robinson Street and Parramore Avenue.

Police, in their report, says Rushing was pulled over because he did not come to a full stop before pulling out of a 7-Eleven parking lot, and he was driving 42 mph in a 30 mph zone.
