Oneida Financial Says Michael Kallet Will Serve As CEO Of Both Co. And Bank

(RTTNews) - Oneida Financial Corp. (ONFC) and the company's wholly-owned subsidiary The Oneida Savings Bank announced that Michael Kallet, most recently the President and Chief Executive Officer or CEO of Oneida Financial Corp., will serve as the Chairman of the Board and CEO of both the company and the Bank.

The company also said that Eric Stickels, current Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer or CFO of the company and President and Chief Operating Officer or COO of the Bank, will serve as the President and COO of both the company and the Bank.

In addition, the company said Deresa Durkee has been promoted to the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of both Oneida Financial Corp. and Oneida Savings Bank.
