One World Ventures Inc. to Acquire Aqueous International Corp.

One World Ventures Inc. (OWVI) announced today that it has come to terms on an agreement to acquire Aqueous International Corporation (AIC). The acquisition agreement will be signed and finalized in the new year. The combined publicly traded company should enable them to develop and invest in global technologies, communities and systems that facilitate trade, finance, communication and cross international borders & cultures.

Listed on the OTC Markets as OWVI, the company will retain the AIC name and brand. Corporate headquarters will remain in Las Vegas, Nevada and serve as OWVI’s North American Headquarters.

OWVI intends to use its technology, trading and product development experience to strengthen and scale AIC businesses, while preserving their existing market structures. This could also create efficiencies for clients through their strategic partnerships. The combined companies could deliver new trading opportunities and simplify access by reducing the number of touchpoints to trade across platforms.
