Odfjell SE : Contemplating bond tap issue
Odfjell SE is contemplating the sale of senior unsecured bonds in the
Norwegian bond market, through a tap issue of ODF 06 (ISIN: NO 0010664758).
Net proceeds from the potential transaction will be used for general corporate
purposes.
DNB Markets, Nordea Markets and Swedbank Norway have been appointed
Joint Lead Managers of the potential transaction.
