Number of Shares and Votes in Orexo

The number of shares and votes in Orexo AB has changed as a result of the issue and repurchase of 325,000 class C shares as announced on June 15, 2018.

Today, the last trading day of the month, there are in total 35,450,456 shares - whereof 34,560,456 are ordinary shares and 890 000 class C shares - and 34,649,456 votes in the company.
