North Atlantic Drilling Shareholders Approve Re-election Of Four Directors

(RTTNews) - North Atlantic Drilling Ltd. (NADL) Monday announced that its shareholders, at the 2015 Annual General Meeting held on September 18, passed the resolutions to re-elect four directors of the company.

The shareholders agreed to re-elect Kate Blankenship, Paul Leand, Jr., Ørjan Svanevik, and Georgina Sousa as directors of the Company. They also agreed to elect Jo Olav Lunder as a Director of the Company to fill one of the four remaining vacancies on the Board.

Further, the shareholders approved that the remuneration payable to the Company's Board of Directors of a total amount of fees not to exceed $800,000 for the year ended December 31, 2015.
