Norsk Hydro Reports Profit In Q4; Revenue Down 6% - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Norsk Hydro AS (NHY, NHYDY.PK, NHYDY.PK) reported fourth-quarter net income of 541 million Norwegian kroner or 0.23 Kroner per share compared to a loss of 168 million kroner or 0.18 per share, prior year. Underlying EBIT decreased to 1.57 billion Kroner from 2.89 billion Kroner. Underlying earnings per share was 0.59 Kroner compared to 0.83 Kroner.

Fourth-quarter revenue decreased year-over-year to 20.37 billion Norwegian kroner from 21.66 billion Kroner.

For 2015, Hydro's Board proposed to pay a dividend of 1 Kroner per share. The proposed payment represents a 101 percent payout ratio for the year.
