Nokian Tyres (HEX:NRE1V) has received an announcement from BlackRock Inc. on 23 December 2015, according to which the holdings of the mutual funds managed by BlackRock exceeded level of 5% of the share capital in Nokian Tyres plc, as a result of a share transactions concluded on 22 December 2015.
