In accordance with previously published information, Nobina AB (publ) (STO:NOBINA) has issued a total of 25,000,000 new shares.

During June 2015, the number of shares and votes in Nobina AB (publ) ("Nobina”) has in increased as a result of a new issue of 25,000,000 shares. As of June 30, 2015, the total number of shares and votes in Nobina amount to 88,355,682 shares and votes. As per June 1, 2015 the total number of shares and votes in Nobina amounted to 63,355,682 shares and votes. Accordingly, the number of shares and votes has increased by 25,000,000 shares and votes during June 2015.
