DALLAS, March 8, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- NexPoint Residential Trust, Inc. (NYSE: NXRT) ("NXRT") announced today that NXRT's board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.220 per share of NXRT common stock, payable on March 31, 2017 to stockholders of record on March 20, 2017.
