NetSuite Buys Venda

(RTTNews) - NetSuite Inc. (N) said Thursday that it has bought London-based Venda, a provider of ecommerce solutions, for an undisclosed amount.

NetSuite said its acquisition of Venda builds on the momentum of NetSuite SuiteCommerce globally and supports its business expansion into the European market.
