Nabriva Therapeutics Prices IPO At $10.25/ADS - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Nabriva Therapeutics AG announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 9 million American Depositary Shares or ADSs, representing 900,000 of its common shares, at a public offering price of $10.25 per ADS, before underwriting discounts. All of the ADSs are being sold by Nabriva.

In addition, Nabriva has granted the underwriters an option for a period of 30 days to purchase up to 1.35 million additional ADSs at the public offering price, less the underwriting discount.

Nabriva's ADSs have been approved for listing on the NASDAQ Global Market and are expected to begin trading under the ticker symbol "NBRV" on September 18, 2015.
