Movado Group Reveals 15% Advance In Q3 Earnings

(RTTNews) - Movado Group (MOV) revealed earnings for its third quarter that advanced from last year.

The company said its bottom line totaled $24.25 million, or $1.04 per share. This was higher than $21.10 million, or $0.91 per share, in last year's third quarter.

Analysts had expected the company to earn $0.85 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 6.0% to $190.69 million. This was up from $179.82 million last year.
