MoneyGram Signs Agreement With New Albertson's - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - MoneyGram (MGI), a money transfer company, on Tuesday signed an agreement with New Albertson's Inc. to offer money transfer, bill payment and money order services in all ACME Markets, Jewel-Osco, Shaw's and Star Markets grocery stores.

The new agreement with New Albertson's includes provisions which will allow customers to interact face-to-face with customer care agents while completing their MoneyGram transactions at more than 400 retail locations.

The agreement also includes provisions for fresh signage that will direct customers to the service desk for all MoneyGram support. Customers can now easily and quickly send or receive funds to friends and family to locations both in the U.S. and around the world.
