ModusLink Announces Changes to Executive Management Team

    WALTHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 13, 2005--ModusLink Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of CMGI, Inc. (Nasdaq: CMGI) today announced organizational changes to its Executive Management Team. Ken Southerland has accepted the position as President, Sales and Marketing. During Ken's tenure with ModusLink (formerly Modus Media International), most recently serving as President of Asia-Pacific Operations, he has been instrumental in establishing ModusLink as a leading supply chain solutions partner in the Asia Pacific Region for global technology companies.
