BALTIMORE, Feb. 27, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- MMA Capital Management, LLC (NASDAQ: MMAC) (the "Company") today announced that the Company expects to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the annual period ended December 31, 2017 (the "2017 Annual Report") with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday, March 16, 2018 and will host a conference call on Monday, March 19, 2018 at 8:30 a.m. ET to provide a business update and discuss the financial results in the 2017 Annual Report.
