Michael Page Q3 Gross Profit Rises - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Michael Page International PLC (MPGPF.PK, MPI.L) reported third-quarter gross profit of 139.2 million pounds, an increase of 4.8% in reported rates, and an increase of 10.2% in constant currencies. The Group noted that Foreign exchange has continued to impact its results negatively, reducing third-quarter gross profit by 7 million pounds.

Steve Ingham, CEO, said: "The Group's outlook remains positive for the rest of the year. Save for any further movements in foreign exchange, the Board's expectation for the full year remains unchanged."

Michael Page also announced that Robin Buchanan has indicated his intention to step down from his position as non-executive Chairman and leave the Board. Robin will remain as non-executive Chairman while his successor is being identified.
