McDermott CFO Perry Elders To Resign; Names Stuart Spence Replacement

(RTTNews) - Engineering and construction company McDermott International Inc (MDR) Monday said Perry Elders its Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will resign effective August 23, 2014 for pursuing other opportunities. He will be replaced by Stuart Spence, who will take over as the company's principal financial and accounting officer.

Spence has nearly 19 years of financial and operational management experience with companies in oilfield products and services and engineering and construction businesses. Before joining McDermott, he served as Vice President, Artificial Lift for Halliburton Company, where he had overall strategic and operational responsibility for Halliburton's artificial lift product and service line. Earlier, he had also served in leading positions at Green Rock Energy, LLC and Vetco International Ltd.
