Maximus Names Richard Nadeau CFO - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Maximus (MMS), a provider of government services worldwide, announced that it has appointed Richard Nadeau as its Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, effective June 23, 2014.

Nadeau joins Maximus from SRA International, an organization that serves several U.S. federal government agencies. He spent the last ten years as Chief Financial Officer for three NYSE-listed companies. Previously, Nadeau spent more than 30 years in public accounting and was a partner with KPMG, where he was the lead engagement and audit partner for several large government and commercial firms.

Nadeau replaces David Walker, who previously announced his planned retirement and will remain at Maximus until approximately December 2014 to ensure a smooth transition and to serve as a strategic advisor to the Chief Executive Officer. Following his retirement, Walker will continue in a part-time role.

Walker was recently named the 2014 Greater Washington Technology Public Company CFO of the Year.
