BELO HORIZONTE, Brazil, Nov. 25, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Alliar - Centro de Imagem Diagnósticos S.A. (BM&FBOVESPA: AALR3; Bl) ("Company"), in accordance with Article 157, paragraph 4 of Law 6,404/76 and Instruction 358/02 of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that it has signed, on this date, the acquisition contract for 80% of Multilab Laboratório de Análises Clínicas Ltda. ("Multilab"), a company headquartered in the city of Campo Grande, Mato Grosso do Sul.
