Martin Ödman new CEO for Proact IT Group

As of today, the 13th of November 2012, Mr. Martin Ödman will take over the responsibility as CEO for Proact IT Group (STO:PACT). Presently, Martin Ödman holds the position as Business Unit Director for the Proact IT Group´s Region West which consists of Sweden South, Denmark and the United Kingdom.

Martin has a record of creating profitable growth since joining Proact IT Group in 1997. He was responsible for the successful establishments of Proact in the Netherlands and the UK. Martin Ödman is 55 years old and currently holds 15.022 shares in Proact.

Mr. Olof Sand who has been CEO of Proact IT Group since 2005, will on his own request proceed to the role as CEO for Anticimex.
