Martello Finance Company Limited Files Early Warning Report in Respect of Acasta Enterprises Inc.

TORONTO, Jan. 22, 2018 /CNW/ - Martello Finance Company Limited ("MFCL") today filed an early warning report under applicable Canadian securities laws noting that on January 19, 2018, it communicated with the board of directors (the "Board") of Acasta Enterprises Inc. (TSX:AEF)("Acasta"), and certain shareholders of the Acasta, its desire to fill the existing vacancies on the Board and to effect other changes to the composition of the Board. MFCL intends to continue these communications and take other steps until such time as it is satisfied with the composition of the Board.
