MAJOR SHAREHOLDER ANNOUNCEMENT

In accordance with Section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act (værdipapirhandelsloven), it is hereby announced that OW Bunker A/S (the "Company") has been informed that as off 8 August 2014 Schroders Plc (the "Shareholder") holds a total of 1,839,211 shares each with a nominal value of DKK 1, corresponding to 5.002 % of the total share capital in the Company.
