Lagardère SCA : Ex-Coupon Date of the Ordinary Dividend Set for Wednesday 8 May 2013

The ex-coupon date of Lagardère SCA's (Paris:MMB) ordinary dividend (€1.3) had been communicated previously by the Lagardere group for Tuesday 7 May 2013.

Due to a technical error, for which Lagardère is not responsible, the date of Wednesday 8 May was released by market entities and financial information services, and taken into account by the market.

In order to prevent disruptions in market trading and to respect market technical constraints, Lagardère SCA has decided to set the ex-dividend date on Wednesday 8 May 2013, while the payment date stays the same at Monday 13 May 2013.
