Klövern acquires a property in Linköping for SEK 266 million

Klövern acquires the property Idéskaparen 2 in Linköping for SEK 266 million.

The property, which encompasses around 23,600 sq.m. of modern office space, is leased on a
10-year contract.

Transfer of possession will be on 14 March.
