Kitron: Annual general meeting held

(2014-04-23) Kitron ASA held an ordinary general meeting on 23 April 2014. 63 598 438 shares amounting to 36.77 per cent of the share capital were represented at the meeting.

All proposals were resolved as presented in the notice issued on 19 March 2014.

Election of shareholder elected board members was made in an extraordinary general meeting on 21 February 2014. The employee representatives have since elected their representatives and following this, shareholder- and employee-elected members of the board of Kitron are:
