Kimball Office Announces New Leader; Mona Hoffman Appointed to Vice President Marketing
Kimball International, Inc. (NASDAQ: KBALB) has announced the
appointment of Mona Hoffman to the position of Vice President of
Marketing for the Company’s Kimball Office
brand. As Vice President of Marketing, Hoffman will assume
responsibility for the marketing organization and the achievement of
Kimball Office brand goals, including support and oversight of the brand’s
strategic direction and growth objectives.
Hoffman has a solid understanding of the office furniture industry. She
started her career in office furniture in 1988 with the Jasper Seating
Company holding the position of Director of Sales and Marketing before
joining Kimball International in August 1994 as Seating Product Manager
for National Office Furniture. She advanced to Group Product Manager,
Brand Manager and National Sales Manager. She was named Vice President
and General Manager of National Office Furniture in November of 1999.
Hoffman left Kimball International in February of 2004 to pursue
personal interests. She led a start up company related to artisan
concrete called Rough Edges crafting concrete surfaces, sinks, furniture
and elements for the upscale residential market.
