Kid Brands CFO James Christl Resigns, Kerry Carr To Replace

(RTTNews) - Kid Brands Inc. (KID) Friday said it appointed Kerry Carr as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Carr replaces James Christl, who resigned citing personal reasons. Carr will continue to serve as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company.

Chief Executive Raphael Benaroya, "We are pleased to have Kerry expand her leadership role with Kid Brands to serve in the additional capacity of Chief Financial Officer."

Kid Brands noted that Christl's resignation from the company is not related to any disputes with the company or its board concerning its financial statements, internal controls or accounting policies and practices.
