K12 Inc. to Host Investor Day

K12 Inc. (NYSE:LRN), the nation's largest provider of proprietary curriculum and online school programs for students in kindergarten through high school, announced today it will host an Investor Day for analysts and institutional investors on Tuesday, April 13, 2010 in Chicago.

Ron Packard, CEO and Founder, along with other members of senior management will make presentations on the Company’s business, curriculum and instruction. The presentations will begin at 10:00 AM (CT) and conclude by approximately 2:00 PM (CT).

The presentations will be webcast live and can be accessed from the Investor Relations section of the Company’s website at www.k12.com. The audio will be available for replay approximately 24 hours after the completion of the meeting and archived there for 30 days.
