Juniper Networks: Denholm To Resign; Ken Miller To Succeed As CFO - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Juniper Networks (JNPR) announced that Denholm notified the company of her intention to resign as chief financial and operations officer following the filing of the company's Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2015, and is expected to remain at the company over the next several months to help facilitate a smooth transition. The company plans to appoint Ken Miller, senior vice president, finance, to succeed Denholm as chief financial officer.

Juniper's Board has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share to be paid on March 22, 2016 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 1, 2016.
