Jones Energy Prices IPO Below Range

(RTTNews) - Jones Energy, Inc. said Wednesday that it has priced its initial public offering of 12.5 million shares of its Class A common stock, at an initial public offering price of $15.00 per share.

The company previously planned to sell 14 million shares of its Class A common stock at an anticipated initial public offering price between $17 and $19 per share.

In connection with the offering, Jones Energy has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.875 million shares of Class A common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.

The offering is expected to close on or about July 29.

Jones Energy's Class A shares began trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "JONE." on Wednesday, and are currently trading at $13.81.
