Janus International Group, LLC Announces Estimating Team Enhancements for Long-Term Growth

TEMPLE, Ga., July 12, 2017 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Janus International Group, LLC today announced key organizational changes designed to position the company for long-term success.  In addition to the recent announcement of appointments to the Executive Sales Team and in support of the organization's operating structure (including three new divisions: R3, New Construction and Door Entry & Facility Automation), new roles have been created to align business operations and core growth strategies.

Specifically, a restructuring of the estimating team will focus resources on specific business programs to accelerate growth for each division.

Alan Campbell, a 25-year industry veteran with more than 10 years at Janus, has been appointed to the role of Senior Director, Estimating where he will lead efforts for both the R3 and New Construction divisions.  Prior to joining Janus, Mr. Campbell was the Inside Sales Manager for US Door in Orlando, FL overseeing Estimating and the Inside Sales departments.  His experience also includes project management roles for Atlas Roll-Lite.

"We are pleased to have placed in-house talent into key positions to support our new business units and focus on growth in these specific segments.  The structure of this team will allow us to maximize the value of these initiatives and the growth potential for our business.  This change further enables the company to invest resources on our largest opportunities for growth," said David Curtis, President and CEO.

Also moving roles is Alex Fouquette, who has assumed the role of Director of Estimating, R3.  Mr. Fouquette will report to Mr. Campbell and work closely with Troy Bix, the company's new division president for R3.  Mr. Fouquette's expertise will strongly enhance the focus of this business unit and support key initiatives.  Prior to joining Janus in 2014, Mr. Fouquette spent seven years with Public Storage, overseeing the eastern half of the United States and over 1200 properties as the Senior Director of Facilities.  His background also includes project management and construction management roles.

Further related to these changes, the company announced that Johnathan Sims has been appointed to the role of Director of Estimating, New Construction.  Mr. Sims will use his expertise to focus on new construction initiatives in support of the New Construction division.  Prior to joining Janus, Mr. Sims spent seven years as a project manager and senior estimator for an Atlanta-based general contractor, where he focused on client retention and business development.  His experience spans more than 12 years of project management and construction related roles.

In addition to the new roles already announced, the company announced that Madison Curtis has been appointed to Manger, Arizona Estimating, where he will support growth at Janus' office in Surprise and grow the team within that office.  Mr. Curtis joined the company in 2010 and moved into estimating in 2011.  He has worked on developing renovation and retrofit projects for Public Storage and more recently transitioned into new construction projects within the past two years.
