InventHelp Inventor Develops Versatile Vise (DPH-263)
PITTSBURGH, March 12, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- "I use a bench-mounted vise frequently for work," said an inventor from Loveland, Colo. "I sometimes find that I do not have a good attachment point for it when I need it. This inspired me to invent a vise that can be set up quickly and easily on different surfaces."
He created a prototype for the MAG VICE to allow for easy temporary attachment to various steel surfaces. The device can be easily moved and mounted on different surfaces. It also can be set up on equipment, vehicles, benches, pipe, etc. The unit offers a convenient way to hold a part during repairs or fabrication. In addition, the device is designed to be easily portable.
The original design was submitted to the Denver office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
