Internet Initiative Japan Q1 Profit, Revenue Climb - Quick Facts
(RTTNews) - Internet Initiative Japan Inc. (IIJI) late Thursday said its attributable net income for the first quarter climbed to 721 million yen from 491 million yen in the previous year.
Total revenues increased to 31.464 billion yen from 27.552 billion yen in the prior year.
"We continue to see revenue accumulation at an accelerated pace under favorable market situation where demands for mobile, cloud and systems integration continue to be strong," said Eijiro Katsu, President and COO of IIJ.
According to the company, due to seasonal factors, its financial results tend to be weak in the first quarter and strong in the fourth quarter every fiscal year, and its FY2015 financial targets announced on May 15 remain unchanged.
