The opening of thishotel marks IHG's 28th Holiday Inn (HI) in Latin America and IHG's15th property in Brazil. With the addition of Sao Paulo's firstHoliday Inn Express hotel, the InterContinental Hotels Group portfolioin Sao Paulo is now represented by five of its brands.

The Holiday Inn Express Avenida Sumare-Sao Paulo is located on thecorner of "Rua Doutor Homem de Melo," and Avenue Sumare. It is withinclose proximity to both Sao Paulo airports.
