Integra LifeSciences Guides FY25 In Line With View; Q4 Adj. EPS Tops Estimates

(RTTNews) - While reporting financial results for the fourth quarter on Tuesday, medical technology company Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corp. (IART) initiated its adjusted earnings and revenue guidance for the first quarter and for the full-year 2025. For the first quarter, the company expects adjusted earnings in a range of $0.40 to $0.45 per share on revenues between $375 million and $385 million, with organic revenue growth of 1.6 to 4.4 percent.

On average, analysts polled expect the company to report earnings of $0.56 per share on revenues of $411.71 million for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Looking ahead to fiscal 2025, the company now projects adjusted earnings in a range of $2.41 to $2.51 per share on revenues between $1.650 billion and $1.715 billion, with organic revenue growth of 1.0 to 5.0 percent.

The Street is looking for earnings of $2.51 per share on revenues of $1.71 billion for the year.

For the fourth quarter, the Company reported net income of $19.44 million or $0.25 per share, compared to net income of $19.83 million or $0.25 per share in the prior-year quarter. Excluding items, adjusted earnings for the quarter was $0.97 per share, compared to $0.89 per share in the year-ago quarter.

Total revenues for the quarter grew 11.5 percent to $442.65 million from $397.04 million in the same quarter last year. Organic revenue grew 3.5 percent.

Analysts expected the company to report earnings of $0.85 per share on revenues of $445.15 million for the quarter.
