Inscape Names Matthew Posno CFO

(RTTNews) - Inscape Corp. (INQ.TO) said Friday that it has appointed Matthew Posno as Chief Financial Officer effective March 27.

Matthew will be responsible for overseeing the fiscal and fiduciary responsibilities of the organization. He will lead the development and implementation of Inscape's financial strategy.

Matthew has worked in the finance field for over 15 years and has extensive experience in financial operations, including public company reporting and compliance, audit, corporate development, tax and treasury. His most recent position was Vice President, Finance with an automotive parts manufacturer.
