Innospec Q3 Profit Rises - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Innospec Inc. (IOSP) reported that its third-quarter net income increased to $20.8 million or $0.83 per share from $14.0 million or $0.58 per share, last year. Excluding items, adjusted non-GAAP EPS was $0.77 for the quarter.

On average, three analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report profit per share of $0.75 for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Net sales increased to $228.2 million from $192.8 million, a year ago. The company also announced that it is declaring a biannual dividend of $0.28 per common share for the second half of 2014. This brings the annual dividend to 55 cents per share, a 10 percent increase on 2013.
