Indutrade AB: Indutrade Acquires Vacuum Engineering Services Ltd, UK

Indutrade (STO:INDT) has signed an agreement to acquire all of the shares in Vacuum Engineering Services Ltd (www.vac-eng.com), Manchester, UK, with annual sales of approximately 9 GBP million.

Vacuum Engineering is a leading manufacturer of leak detection equipment. 80% of the company’s sales is being exported. Customers consist mainly of automotive industry subcontractors along with important customers also in other sectors such as air conditioning, fire safety and gas measurement.

Possession takes place today, and the company will be part of Indutrade’s Special Products business area. The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive impact on Indutrade’s earnings per share.
